The Historic Charleston Foundation is no stranger to leveraging new technology to showcase Charleston’s vivid history: they have over 50k followers on Instagram! Last year, HCF began a new project with Museum Hack and Cuseum to design an app that further communicates the rich history and stories of this remarkable city.
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new app from Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, powered by Cuseum! As you wander through the Museum, which was architecturally inspired by the Temple of Amon at Karnak, the mobile app will guide you to highlights of the collection, as well as providing in-depth information on the extensive variety of artifacts.
Here’s the Official Announcement from the Andover Historical Society:
Today Andover Historical launched Virtual Andover, a new app that invites people to explore Andover’s many stories where they happened. The mobile guide to Andover’s stories is free and available for iPhone and Android devices through andoverhistorical.org/app.
The Verb, a distinctive Boston hotel that pays homage to rock ‘n roll history, has recently increased the scope of its collection of memorabilia, “including show posters, set lists, rare artwork” and more! Debuting along with the fantastic souvenirs is The Verb’s new Cuseum-powered app to help visitors navigate this memorabilia flashback to the golden age of rock ‘n roll!
