We’re thrilled to announce that Berkshire Museum has launched their new, mobile app with Cuseum! The app is designed to enhance visitor experience at the museum through a variety of tours. Tours such as i-Innovate will even provide supplemental information for users to access away from the museum!
Berkshire Museum owes its legacy to Zenas Crane, who collected many of the original artifacts. Drawing inspiration from museums such as the Smithsonian and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Crane decided to create a museum for the people of Western Massachusetts.
Berkshire Museum is the “repository for objects associated with the lives of well-known figures in American history,” including the writing desk of Nathaniel Hawthorne and artifacts from the first successful trip to the North Pole! Permanent collections include American Art, Ancient Civilizations, Native American Art, and Natural Science!
The app is available for free on the App Store.
