How do I resend cards?

To find out which users have not yet installed their cards, head to your Cuseum dashboard, select "Active + Sent" and click the Status Report Button to fetch a list of members without installed cards. The report will include the unique link to each member’s card. With this data, you can use your email marketing tool to gently remind members to download cards or renew memberships, or, you can reach out to our customer success team here to resend the cards themselves!
