Select "Active + Sent" and click the Status Report Button to fetch a list of members without installed cards. The report will include the unique link to each member’s card. With this data, you can use your email marketing tool to gently remind members to download cards or renew memberships.

By default, cards are sent from membership@cuseum.com but you can actually change it to your organization's domain.
