We are pleased to announce that Academy Art Museum has launched their new digital membership cards with Cuseum!
Academy Art Museum, formerly The Academy of the Arts, was founded in 1958 by a group of six Eastern Shore residents who wanted to create “a place dedicated to the knowledge, practice, and appreciation of the arts.” As the Academy Art Museum has grown over the years, so has its impressive permanent collection which includes works by Rauschenberg, Puryear, and Bonnard, just to name a few!
In addition to an impressive permanent collection, the Academy Art Museum also enjoys a close relationship with the National Gallery of Art, the Baltimore Museum of Art, and the Walters Art Museum to provide visitors with the most comprehensive and engaging experience possible. We have no doubt that the Academy Art Museum will continue to “promote the knowledge, practice and appreciation of the arts,” and are thrilled to welcome them into the Cuseum family!
