Last week, The Davis at Wellesley College celebrated their highly anticipated reinstallation to much excitement, applause… and a new way for visitors to experience their collection!
Cuseum helped The Davis launch their new mobile app and we are all overjoyed with the response from visitors so far. The app features an in-depth, interactive tour of their newest exhibition the Davis. ReDiscovered and much more.
“This app is a terrific new way for visitors to engage beyond the traditional wall texts and labels,” said Dr. Lisa Fischman, Ruth Gordon Shapiro ’37 Director of the Davis Museum at Wellesley College. “We are excited to offer visitors a more personalized approach to visiting art at the Museum, and look forward to adding new information and features over time.”
We share The Davis’ passion for inspiring and deepening the public’s connection with art, and are honored to assist in driving visitor engagement through the new mobile guide.
“It is thrilling to be collaborating with one of the finest academic art museums in the country,” said Brendan Ciecko, CEO & Founder of Cuseum.
The Cuseum team attended the celebration to show our support, witness the ribbon cutting, meet with museum staff, and see our hard work in action as we explored the impressive collection through the lens of this Cuseum-powered mobile app. Some of our favorite works includes pieces by Lee Krasner, Willem de Kooning, Alice Neel, and Liliana Porter.
It’s going to be an exciting next few months. Stay tuned for more updates and upcoming launches!
