Cuseum is pleased to announce the issuance of United States Patent No. 9,775,003 related to a method of delivering content based on activity and location. Cuseum continues to strengthen its position as a driver of innovation in the museum and nonprofit sectors.

“With the speed at which the digital landscape is evolving, we’ve invested in breakthrough products and features to create best-of-class products for our sector,” said Brendan Ciecko, CEO of Cuseum. “We’re dedicated to developing new and improved ways to enhance user experiences. We’re thrilled that we’ve received our second patent and can’t wait to help our customers tap into new opportunities.”

Cuseum continues to enhance its suite of software tools that are used to improve on-site visitor engagement at a growing number of cultural attractions. Looking to remedy the frustration many visitors experience while waiting in a queue, Cuseum invented a unique approach to derive location and context to identify when to serve notifications to mobile devices. The new method has broad commercial application across a variety of sectors, including public attractions, retail, travel, and sports.

“With our goal of providing intuitive experiences for users and new opportunities to capture value for our customers, we’ve invested in building solutions that move the needle,” Ciecko added.

This is the second in a series of mobile-focused patents received by the company. The patent further confirms the cutting-edge innovation being developed by the Cuseum team.
