Museums, Alumni Associations, and Membership Organizations Launch Digital Membership Cards

New year, new innovation! With 2022 in full swing, it’s never been a better (and more timely!) moment to roll out a leading-edge mobile solution like Digital Membership Cards. Here at Cuseum, we kicked off the New Year with over a cohort of much-anticipated customer launches. These included art museums, science centers, nature organizations, alumni associations, and more!

Read on for a recap of new additions to the Cuseum family:

Museums and Cultural Organizations:

1. Zimmerli Art Museum

To start off the year, we helped Zimmerli Art Museum of Rutgers University pioneer their new Digital Membership Cards. Through collections, exhibitions, and programs, the Zimmerli “fosters interactions for a better understanding of one another and to galvanize action for the betterment of our world.” With the launch of digital cards, we couldn’t be more excited to help the museum accelerate their transition to digital.

2. California Academy of the Sciences

California Academy of the Sciences Digital Membership

Boasting over 6 million views of online learning materials in 2021, the California Academy of the Sciences is no stranger to digital engagement. The Academy also offers an exceptionally innovative virtual membership level, which “delivers exclusive virtual programs and on-demand science content for less than $7 a month.” Last month, we were thrilled to help such a digital-forward organization initiate a new, powerful offering: Digital Membership Cards. Congratulations, Cal Academy!

3. Knock Knock Children’s Museum

Knock Knock Children's Museum Digital Membership

The Knock Knock Children’s Museum is a community pillar in Baton Rouge, LA, with a mission to “spark engaging, playful learning experiences that inspire and support lifelong learning.” Primarily serving busy families, Cuseum is proud to help the museum offer members the ultimate convenience: mobile wallet-native digital membership cards. With this launch, museum members never have to worry about losing, damaging, or forgetting their membership cards.

Alumni Associations

4. California Baptist University Alumni Association

We’re psyched to welcome another alumni association to our growing number of higher education customers. At California Baptist University the launch of digital alumni cards will now afford graduates access to an array of benefits, including collection of local and national discounts for thousands of hotels, restaurants, movie theaters, retailers, florists, car dealers, theme parks, national attractions, concerts and events. With this exciting launch, Cal Baptist joins University of South Carolina, University of South Alabama Alumni Association, University of Michigan, UTSA Alumni Association, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Southern Oregon University, and many more in reimagining the alumni experience for the digital age.

Membership Organizations and Associations

5. Grand Canyon Conservancy

Formerly the Grand Canyon Association, the Conservancy is the official nonprofit partner of Grand Canyon National Park. Members of the Conservancy help support “trails and historic building restoration, educational programs for youth and the public, the protection of wildlife and their natural habitat, and preserving the canyon's rich Indigenous history and culture.” Members also receive an array of benefits, including park discounts and invitations to member-only events and experiences. With the rollout of Digital Membership Cards, The Grand Canyon Conservancy is excited to reduce their environmental impact, as well as cut down on printing and postage fees.
