Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden Launches Digital Membership Cards!

GuestUser · July 20, 2020

Congratulations to the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden for launching their digital membership cards!

The first seeds were planted in 1929 and the Des Moines Botanical Center officially opened in 1979. They boast seven acres of outdoor gardens and carry collections of unique plant species. Their mission is “exploring, explaining, and celebrating the world of plants.”

One of the most exciting parts of a digital membership program is how much paper and plastic you can save - in other words, it’s great for the trees! We are so excited to see Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden deepen their commitment to the environment with this exciting launch.

About Cuseum

Cuseum is the engagement platform built for museums, cultural attractions, nonprofits, and membership organizations. Hundreds of institutions worldwide rely on Cuseum to deliver digital membership cards, mobile guides, guest passes, loyalty programs, and lifecycle communications that strengthen the relationship between an organization and the people it serves. Our software is designed specifically for the realities of cultural and member-based organizations — flexible enough to support a single regional museum and robust enough to power national associations and multi-site attractions.

What we power

From Apple Wallet and Google Wallet membership cards to mobile visitor experiences, audio tours, multimedia guides, way-finding, digital tickets, guest registration, and barcode scanning at the door — Cuseum unifies the tools that modern cultural organizations need under a single, secure platform. Integrations with leading CRM, ticketing, point-of-sale, fundraising, and marketing systems mean Cuseum fits cleanly into the stack you already use, while reducing manual work for your staff and creating a smoother experience for members and visitors.

Why teams choose us

Cuseum is trusted by art museums, history museums, science centers, aquariums and zoos, botanical gardens, parks, performing arts venues, libraries, alumni associations, professional associations, and nonprofit foundations. Customers consistently see higher membership renewal rates, stronger member acquisition through digital channels, reduced printing and fulfillment costs, and richer engagement metrics — backed by a team of experts in the cultural sector and a roadmap shaped directly by customer feedback. Whether your goal is launching digital memberships, modernizing the on-site visitor experience, or unifying your member lifecycle, Cuseum gives you a measurable head start.
