The Bruce Museum Goes Digital!

We are so happy to welcome the Bruce Museum to the Cuseum family with the launch of their new digital membership cards.
Located in Greenwich, Connecticut, the Bruce Museum is “a community based, world-class institution highlighting art, science and natural history in more than a dozen changing exhibitions annually.” The Museum offers a wide array of educational programs.
We are so excited to support the Bruce Museum and their vibrant membership base, and we can’t wait to see what exciting new heights digital membership cards help them reach.
The Bruce Museum has long been a cornerstone of cultural life in Greenwich and the surrounding region. With a collection and exhibition program that bridges art, science, and natural history, the museum draws a uniquely diverse audience — families exploring a natural history exhibit one weekend, art lovers returning the next for a new contemporary show.
Launching digital membership cards reflects the museum's commitment to meeting that audience where they are. Today's members expect the same convenience from their cultural memberships that they get from airlines, coffee shops, and gyms: a mobile pass that's always with them, easy to use, and impossible to forget at home.
Beyond convenience, digital membership cards give the Bruce Museum a new channel for member engagement. Push notifications can highlight new exhibitions, member-only previews, lectures, and family programs, helping turn one-time visits into repeat ones. Renewal reminders sent directly to a member's phone make it easier to retain supporters year over year.
We're thrilled to partner with the Bruce Museum as they continue investing in the visitor and member experience, and we can't wait to see how this new tool helps strengthen their already vibrant community.
